RFP-04-86 - Prescreening Assessment System

Summary of Specifications:
The Arapahoe/Douglas Workforce Board is convinced that such assessment products currently exist in other industries and hold promise for being customized for determining probability for success in Life Sciences. It is the intention of the Board to explore methodologies, existing tools, and cost comparisons to adapt and implement a prescreening assessment system. Expertise will be provided through employer and educator input. The tool will profile entry and advancement career steps and it will become an asset in influencing career choice, and advisement. It will be demonstrated in the selection of students for the entry into a wide range of Life Science Industry cluster occupations including but not limited to those represented in Biomedical Products, Biotechnology, and Health Care.
