RFP-14-09 - Process Improvement Capability

Summary of Specifications:
The Board of County Commissioners and Elected Officials determined they need to improve process efficiencies as part of the 2014 “Strategic Plan”. Arapahoe County does not currently have a performance improvement capability established. The use of an outside consulting firm is needed to achieve this goal by supporting the development of a uniform process. The purpose of this solicitation is to develop the foundation for a process improvement capability for Arapahoe County. The vision is for every Office/ Department to select, at a minimum, one process representative that oversee and support process improvement development/ improvement projects within each of the seventeen (17) department and Elected Offices within the County. Through a train- the-trainer program, employees can be educated on the County’s process improvement methodology and implement these practices within their work.
