RFP-10-79 - Process Serving Services

Summary of Specifications:
The successful vendor is required to: Provide service of process services necessary to a) serve court and court-related documents to parties, witnesses, and others primarily, although not exclusively, in dependency and neglect actions in district court; b) serve documents to establish paternity, locate alleged parents and other family members, notify parties of court dates and subpoena parties to appear or testify at Court, establish civil complaints; and c) assist in other County Attorney’s office matters of common concern to the County.
