Summary of Specifications:
Arapahoe County (the County) is seeking proposals from vendors to provide service of process services to assist the County Attorney’s Office, Human Services Division. These services include locating and serving parents, witnesses, private citizens and other parties with summonses, subpoenas, writs and other documents pertaining to family legal matters involving the Human Services Division, including, without limitation, dependency and neglect, delinquency, adult protection and mental health cases.
