ITB-04-51 - Project No. C99-019: Easter Avenue Extension

Summary of Specifications:
The work generally consists of the construction of a new four-lane section of Easter Avenue between Lima Street and Peoria Street. Also include are intersection improvements at both Lima and Peoria. These improvements include traffic signals and dedicated right turn lanes at both Lima and Peoria. In general this work will involve the installation of 18,176 linear feet of curb and gutter, 5900 square yards of sidewalk, 18,850 Tons of asphalt, 1,980 linear feet of storm sewer pipe, 17 inlets, 9 manholes, 109 linear feet of 5’ X 4’ Concrete box culvert, 3595 square feet of mechanically stabilized modular block wall, replacement of 1,800 linear feet of water main, Lime stabilization of the subgrade between Peoria and Lima, Two complete traffic signal installations that each have video vehicle detection and provide for handicap access, also included are median and landscape enhancements, erosion control and many other minor items.
