Summary of Specifications:


The Work generally consists of approximately 7,400 SF parking lot consisting of concrete curb and gutter and permeable interlocking concrete pavement (for water quality) and connects to the existing Highline Canal Trail via ~ approximately 4,000 SF of new asphalt trail, one trail meeting ADA requirements. An 8-ft sidewalk along the frontage of Quebec Way as well as curb & gutter and associated HMA pavement, a port-o-let, and fencing are also included. Trailhead amenities such as solar lighting and bike racks are included as alternate bid items depending on funding availability.
