Arapahoe County is seeking letters of interest from qualified consultant(s) to provide strategic planning, grassroots outreach, and coalition building to help inform future decisions by the Board of County Commissioners on how to best address the county’s fiscal reality. Arapahoe County hereby requests a Letter of Interest that sets forth your qualifications to serve as consultants for assisting with these and related matters, as well as proposed fee and cost information.

Please provide Qualifications Statements of five (5) pages or less, plus exhibits and appendices of fifteen (15) pages or less. Every page of your Letter of Interest/Qualifications, except the cover page and section title or divider pages must be numbered.
