Summary of Specifications:
Arapahoe County (the County) is seeking responses from Vendors that can design, manufacture, install and deliver a Thermal Imaging/ TV System. This purchase is being made on behalf of the North Central Region of Homeland Security under grant 21005 SHSP-05 5EM75803, issued by the State of Colorado, Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), and will be used to support homeland security and general law enforcement activities. In general, the desired unit will be a lightweight, multi-role unit. The system is to be delivered, installed and operationally tested (to include required FADEC testing) on the target airframe, a Bell 407 helicopter (serial No. 53249).
