RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS: Questions which arise during the Response preparation period regarding issues around this Solicitation must be submitted online via Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. The Contractor submitting the question(s) shall be responsible for ensuring the question(s) is received by the date and time listed on page nine (9) in the schedule of activities regardless of the method of delivery.

Any official interpretation of this Solicitation must be made by an agent of the County’s Purchasing Division who is authorized to act on behalf of the County.
