Summary of Specifications:
This work consists of coring existing pavements, sampling and analyzing subgrade materials, pavement deflection testing, analyzing data, and presenting recommendations regarding the impacts of utility trenches on the life expectancy of existing pavements and associated cost impact to form the basis of a permit fee structure. The base fee proposal includes asphaltic concrete and portland cement concrete surfaces, for existing areas in each roadway classification.
