Description

The Arapahoe County 911 Authority (Authority) is upgrading two of its twelve-year-old Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Units. The response to this RFP should be bid as a turn-key solution. The winning bidder must demonstrate experience and qualifications in the engineering, installing, and commissioning of a public safety UPS systems. The Authority anticipates that the successful bidder will provide a one-year warranty on parts and labor for the installed solution and the first year of preventive maintenance on the UPS. After the initial warranty expires, the Authority may award the maintenance contract to a different vendor than the one that supplied the unit.
