The purpose of this Solicitation is to enter a contract with a qualified contractor with experience in network engineering, construction, equipment, and maintenance. The Authority would like an assessment of their leased network and an understanding of options for possibly securing a network that meets the current and future needs for the eight nodes that reside on the 911 network (7 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) and one administration building) as specified herein from a source(s) of supply that will give prompt and efficient service to the County.
