RFP-BK- 1404 - Audit Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Arapahoe Library District (Library District) is seeking proposals from independent certified public accounting firms (Firm) to perform its annual audit for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, with the option to perform the audit for each of the two (2) subsequent fiscal years with the understanding that the contract will be renewed annually upon approval of both parties. The audit of the Library District will be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America. 

The Finance department of the Library District will prepare a comprehensive annual financial report for the Arapahoe Library District to be audited by the selected firm. Upon engagement, the Library District and the chosen firm will agree upon a timeline of key audit steps to ensure timely completion and filing of audit reports.
