All proposals must be emailed in PDF format to RFP@arapahoelibraries.org no later than 5:00 p.m. MDT on May 5, 2023. Proposals submitted to Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing (Bidnet) will not be considered. Emails must state PR, Media Relations and Crisis Communications RFP in the subject line. The vendor’s name and contact information must appear in the body of the email. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that their proposals are received prior to the deadline. Proposals received after the above date and time may be rejected.
