The Arapahoe Library District (ALD) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, reliable vendors to provide asphalt restoration to the Koelbel Library parking lot. The Koelbel Library is located at 5955 S. Holly Street in Centennial Colorado 80121. The parking lot was built in 1992 and it was constructed with concrete and steel and it’s roughly over 42,000 square feet.
