Description

The Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) seeks a qualified concrete repair contractor for shoring, destructive testing, and structural repairs of its 7th Street Garage located at 799 Lawrence Way, Denver, CO 80204. Several locations have been identified by an engineer as needing repair, and they have produced drawings indicating the scope for the destructive testing, which will be Phase 1 of this project. Once the extent of the issue is known, engineer will direct repairs.

AHEC is rebidding this project as we received no bids from the first posting.
