Qualified roofing contractors are invited to bid to replace and install new roofing at the North and South Chiller Plants and the 5ᵗʰ Street Hub on the Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) campus. Scope includes replacing the existing roof as shown on the drawings. Drawings and Specifications for this project are by Davis/Jones Architecture dated July 19, 2024.
