AHEC-21909-B - Tivoli Garage Roof Replacement

Qualified roofing contractors are invited to bid the following scope of work on the Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) campus.

This project is a roof replacement on the Auraria Higher Education Campus for a portion of the Tivoli Parking Garage. The roof sustained wind damage and will be completely replaced.

Remove and replace the entire roof with a new EPDM system, including an adhered EPDM membrane, new cover board and tapered insulated crickets; terminate roof edges and install roof drains per Document details.

Contractor is responsible for providing submittals to the Architect/Roof Consultant Team for approval prior to ordering materials.

Project includes requirement for a 20 year labor and material guarantee; see Specification 07 53 23 for more specific details.

Owner will provide a staging area for crane and material loading; contractor is responsible for creating secure roof access.  Any damage caused at hardscape/grounds will need to be repaired by contractor before project is accepted.  Contractor is responsible for jobsite cleanliness and debris removal throughout the project.

Once complete, a pre-walk through with owner, and architect/roofing consultant will be completed to determine readiness for final inspection; a final walk through will be conducted with above group and the State’s 3rd Party Code Reviewer/Inspector, AEC-West, who will conduct final inspection.
