Summary of Specifications:
The Agricultural Division of the Boulder County Parks & Open Space Department is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for rough and final field grading of approximately 16 acres of agricultural land. The project is on the Boulder County AHI Longmont Open Space property located at 8566 North 63rd Street, Longmont, Colorado.

The project consists of over lot grading of approximately 16 acres of land that previously housed poultry barns. The estimated cut is one (1) foot and fill is one (1) foot over the site. Remove existing field road, road base material, and stockpile for later use. Ripping or sub-soiling pricing will be requested.
