Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Architects Division is seeking Bids from qualified vendors for Audio Video Systems and Continuing Parts Provider Service Agreement.
Specifications and a sample contract are attached.
BID’s are due at the Administrative Services reception desk for time and date stamping by 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2011. TWO copies (1 original and 1 unbound copy) of your proposal, printed double-sided, 11 point, on at least 50% post-consumer recycled. BID’s, must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked as BID number 5441-11, and delivered to the Administrative Services reception desk at 2025 14th Street, Boulder, CO 80302. Please allow at least 2 days for delivery of USPS Priority and Express Mail. All BID’s must be received and time and date stamped in the Purchasing office by the above due date and time. Sole responsibility rests with the Bidder to see that their BID is received on time at the stated location. Any BID’s received after due date and time will be returned unopened to the bidder. No exceptions will be allowed. Faxed or Emailed BID’s will not be accepted.
The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all BIDs, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to accept the proposal in whole, or portions of the proposal that, in the opinion of the Board, is in the best interest of the Board and of the County of Boulder, State of Colorado.
