Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Transportation Department, Road Maintenance Division, is accepting bids from qualified vendors for bituminous asphalt for use in roadway patching and overlay projects.
Specifications are attached.
All inquires regarding the bid document shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Section, at 2020 13th Street, 1st Floor, Boulder CO 80302, or emailed to purchasing@bouldercounty.org by 4:00 p.m. Friday March 11, 2011. All response from the County to all inquires shall be sent via email no later than Tuesday March 15, 2011.
Bids are due in the Purchasing office for time and date stamping by 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 21, 2011. Two (2) unbound copies of your proposal, printed double-sided, 11 point, on at least 50% post-consumer, recycled paper must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked as BID # 5425-11, and delivered or mailed to the Purchasing Section, 2020 13th Street, Boulder, CO 80302. All Overnight, Express and Priority Mail should be directed to the above street address. Please allow at least 2 days for delivery of USPS Priority and Express Mail. All Bids must be received and time and date stamped in the Purchasing office by the above due date and time. Any Bids received after due date and time will be returned unopened to the bidder. Faxed or Emailed Bids will not be accepted.
