Summary of Specifications:
Disaster Recovery Solution Planning

This first phase of the engagement will assess the environment, identify critical business functions for recovery, and develop the right disaster recovery strategy. It is performed as an effort led by the selected Vendor, leveraging work already performed by the Customer. It will include consulting and evaluation of alternative approaches to meet the Customer’s business needs and constraints. The result will be the disaster recovery plans, responsibilities, and the necessary information to budget and scope any changes required to implement the full disaster recovery plan.
