Summary of Specifications:
Summary: The primary goal of this review is to appraise the effectiveness and efficiency of the Boulder County Recycling Center’s (BCRC) current state of operations and operating economics, as well as review proposed improvements planned for the future. This review will include conducting an operating data comparison with similar relevant Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), as well as evaluating BCRC’s local competitiveness. The secondary goal is for the consultant to identify any recommended improvements in existing operations and management, as well as planned future equipment and building improvements to increase physical processing and operational capacity.
