Boulder County is seeking qualified carbon sequestration experts and/or soil scientists (“Providers”) to submit qualifications for the creation of a carbon sequestration project pilot plan for Boulder County and its municipal partners.

Boulder County will manage the RFQ process and be the program administrator of this work. Boulder County will coordinate with a community evaluation committee to review the provider proposals. The evaluation committee will select the qualified providers (s). Quality of the proposal, experience, and proposed pricing will all be factors in the selection process.

None of the data contained in this RFQ shall be disclosed outside the reviewing organization and shall not be duplicated, used, or disclosed in whole or in part for any purpose other than to evaluate the RFQ.
