Summary of Specifications:
This sub award seeks to support a local entity in East Boulder County to be the community hub for a 5 year community development process. Communities That Care is a structured process that supports a community to generate local responses and solutions to reduce youth substance abuse. The Communities That Care project is housed within the BCPH Community Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) Program and supported by funds allocated by Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). Available funds for this project shall not exceed $89,207.00
