RFP-6481-16 - Community Justice Services Case Management Software

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from vendors for a Community Justice Services Case Management solution, its required components and services, for Boulder County, in the State of Colorado. General Information about Boulder County can be found on our website at www.bouldercounty.org. 

Our current Case Management System is an off-the-shelf commercial application licensed from Tritech Software Systems (formerly Tiburon, Inc.). The system is used to record and track case management activity of individuals involved with the criminal justice system in Boulder County. Bond Commissioner interviews, pretrial and community services activities are tracked for approximately 10,000 community members involved with criminal charges or sentenced offenses. 

The first version of Tiburon Automated Probation Systems (APS) was deployed about 10 years ago on PC-based technology. The current version was migrated approximately four years ago to a platform that includes web-deployed Oracle Forms and Reports running on an Oracle application server and using an Oracle database. Confidential data is encrypted using built-in Oracle encryption capabilities. User ad hoc reporting is implemented using Oracle Discoverer on the application server.
