Summary: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to supply multifunction devices (copiers) for Boulder County through leasing or purchase. PLEASE NOTE: The County will accept proposals from vendors that offer other manufacturers besides CANON. Offers from Konica Minolta, XEROX, etc. will be considered. Written Inquiries: All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 4:00 p.m. March 26, 2015. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than April 2, 2015. Submittal Instructions: Submittals are due at the Administrative Services Front Desk or the email box (preferred) listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 6, 2015.
