6706-17 - Courthouse Plaza Flagstone Repair

Notice is hereby given that Boulder County will accept proposals for the MORTAR AND STONE
REPAIR work for the Historic Boulder County Courthouse Plaza, located at 1325 Pearl Street, Boulder.

1. The Work consists of all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and incidental items as
required for a complete job for the following items per project plans and specifications. Please refer
to specification section 011100 for additional scope of work information.

2. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE & JobWalk will be held on Monday, October 2, 2017
at 9:00 am at the Project Site located at 1325 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO 80302. We will meet near the
Lion’s Club Fountain located directly south of the Historic Courthouse building. BIDS FROM FIRMS
NOT ATTENDING THE PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

3. Submittal Instructions:
Submittals are due at the Administrative Services Information Desk or the email box (preferred)
listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 16,
2017.
