Summary of Specifications:
Boulder County is requesting STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) from contractors who are experienced in Creek Stabilization and Rehabilitation Services that includes but is not limited to; 1) Creek Bank Stabilization and Reconstruction, 2) Creek Dredging and Realignment, and 3) Removal of Various Types of Debris to Accomplish #1 and #2. This SOQ will be used to establish a list of pre-qualified contractors. Contractors who are selected will then be asked to submit bids on individual or groups of sites where the County requires services. The services will occur primarily on private property, however it may also occur on County-owned or other public-agency-owned land, or easements. Contractors are required to be capable of furnishing all labor, machinery, equipment, hauling, materials and supplies to provide the services contained herein. The type of work is described in more detail in this SOQ and detailed plans and specifications will be provided on individual sites at the time of solicitation of bids. Awarded vendors will be expected to enter into a continuing services contract with the County with the option to renew for four more one year terms. No work is guaranteed by an award of a contract.
