Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Housing Authority is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide design/build services for an addition to their existing office facility in Longmont. Any award under this RFP is subject to funding availability. Final funding has not been committed at the time of the publication of the RFP. 

General Specifications and a sample AGC 410 contract are attached. Detailed specifications are to be provided by the bidder as part of the bid response.
