Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for the Walker Ranch/Meyers Gulch and Hall Ranch Trailhead Restrooms Demolition removal of Bio-Systems Treatment condensation tanks and contained waste, including removal of associated PVC lines and control systems from vault in one restroom at the Meyers Gulch Trailhead on Walker Ranch Open Space property and PVC lines from the Hall Ranch Trailhead on the Hall Ranch Open Space property. The selected Contractor will be required to enter into a Contract with Boulder County. The projects are to begin within seven (7) calendar days and be completed be within ten (10) working days of the signature of a Contract.
