Boulder County is looking to implement a managed digital signage infrastructure. The goal is to provide a single system that will allow for centralized management and control of the system while providing end users with the ability to add content for displays in their “domain”. The implementation of the selected digital signage solution will start as a pilot in one County building and may scale over time to all of Boulder County. 

Written Inquiries 

All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 4:00 p.m. March 26, 2015. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than April 2, 2015. 

Submittal Instructions 

Submittals are due at the Administrative Services Front Desk or the email box (preferred) listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 6, 2015.
