BID-070-24 - ERTL Open Space Hay Shed

Boulder County Parks & Open Space Department seeks bids to build a hay shed to be constructed on the ERTL Open Space Property owned by the County of Boulder and located at 7042 North 107th Street, Longmont, CO 80504. The hay shed will be used by the agricultural lease tenant to store his and Boulder County hay crop. Most of the hay will be stacked inside via a mechanical stack-wagon; therefore, clearance for height and width needs to be taken into consideration. From experience, our tenants can store from 4,200 to 5,000 small bales of hay in these storage facilities. The selected contractor will provide wet-stamped engineered plans, foundation and rough grade preparation, erection of the building, and final grade work. The work must be completed on or by December 16, 2024.
