Based on the EECBG grant, Boulder County, in collaboration with City and County of Denver is seeking one to three Financial Institution (FI) partners to participate in an energy efficiency loan initiative (the “Program”) offered to businesses and residents within The Municipalities. The County reserves the right not to make an award under this RFP if the County cannot reach acceptable contractual terms with an FI or teams of FI’s.
