The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution that meets the requirements identified in this RFP, for Boulder County, in the State of Colorado.
The county requires that any proposal submitted include the professional services recommended to implement the solution.
Note that this RFP includes functional scope that is required and scope that is optional (see section A.3, Project Background). Vendors should not submit proposals for optional functional scope unless required functional scope is included in the response. Vendors bidding on the optional scope should clearly delineate all components and pricing associated with the optional scope from that associated with the required scope. If the bid includes optional scope, the vendor should indicate any additional or unique implementation activities, roles and staff, hardware, network and / or database capacity or configuration items and cost associated with the optional scope.
ERP software vendors offering hosted services and / or software as a service (SaaS) solutions are welcome to submit proposals. Proposals may include information and pricing for both on premise and off-premise hosting solution options.
Bidders may submit multiple-vendor proposals, however if doing so, the bidder should clearly describe the roles and responsibilities of each vendor, both as related to implementation activities and to post-implementation support. The county may award this RFP to multiple bidders.
