RFP-6329-15 - Equipment Expansion and Baler Project

Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Resource Conservation Division is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the design/build of the Boulder County Recycling Center equipment expansion and baler project and support equipment design and installation project. 



Specifications and a sample contract are attached. There are also drawing files (.dwg) that we are unable to upload to the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. Please email Purchasing for copies at purchasing@bouldercounty.org. 

Optional Pre-Proposal Meeting 

An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 8, 2015 from 12:00 – 2:00pm, followed by an optional tour of the plant from 2:00 – 3:00pm. Bidders will have the option to take measurements after operations shut down for the day from 3:00 – 6:00pm. 

Written Inquiries 

All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 4:00 p.m. on October 15, 2015. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than October 19, 2015.

Submittals are due at the Administrative Services Front Desk or the email box (preferred) listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 26, 2015.
