Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department, (BCPOS) acting on behalf of the County of Boulder, a body corporate and politic (Boulder County), is accepting proposals from qualified contractors to perform a feasibility study that will determine the economic feasibility and associated factors of developing a local biodiesel supply chain from locally grown sunflower crops. The selected contractor will be required to enter into a Contract for Services with Boulder County. A Sample Contract is attached to this RFP.
