SOQ-5372-10 - Fencing Project on Open Space Land

Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department is seeking solicitations from qualified contractors for the installation of fencing materials on Boulder County Open Space Lands on a project-by-project basis. 

The purpose of this solicitation is to prepare a pre-qualified list of Fencing Contractors to work on a project-by-project basis. All pre-qualified vendors may be required to enter into a Continuing Services Contract, not to exceed $75,000 for the 2011 contract year with an option to extend clause for up to three additional years. It is anticipated that qualified contractors will be asked on an as-needed basis to visit a project site and submit competitive quotes for each individual project. By entering into a Continuing Services Contract, there is no guarantee that any work will be directed to the bidder.
