Description

Purpose/Background

The Boulder County Housing Authority (“BCHA”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to submit proposals for providing financial and technical advisement services for multiple development projects, including but not limited to the Willoughby Corner neighborhood in Lafayette, Colorado, and a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in the Superior and Louisville, Colorado area. BCHA intends to enter into an agreement for services described here for a one-year contract period, renewable for up to an additional four years depending on project needs.

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. August 25, 2021. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than September 1, 2021.
