RFQ-1028-16 - Flood Data Collection, Processing, and Analytical Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department (BCPOS) is seeking proposals to obtain, process, and analyze high resolution data at two riparian corridors on the Walker Ranch Open Space and Western Mobile Open Space properties. This project is a proof of concept method that should utilize multiple remote sensing technologies. Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) with LiDAR and hyperspectral photography are methods BCPOS would like to see considered for the data collection. The project will assist staff in determining the most accurate, efficient, and effective method of obtaining, processing, and analyzing data for assessing the structure of riparian corridors damaged in the 2013 flood event.
