The Boulder County Transportation Department is seeking a qualified firm to provide technical assistance and program support to Boulder County’s Floodplain Program in order to meet requirements of the FEMA National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and associated regulations. Specifically, consultant support is needed to provide additional capacity related to carrying out program management and permitting requirements, in particular, but not limited to, review and permitting the projects of the Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) program within Boulder County.
Depending on workloads, work will last until March 21, 2017 when the funding provided by CDBG-DR Round 2 ends. Final invoices will need to be submitted by close of business on March 24, 2017. Please see the Submittal Section for information on the estimated cost.
Specifications and a sample contract with a CDBG-DR specific addendum are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached addendum as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all CDBG_DR requirements set forth in that addendum.
