RFP-5696-12 - General Construction Aspinwall at Josephine Commons

Summary of Specifications:
On behalf of Josephine Commons II Limited Liability Company (“JC II LLC”), as its sole member and manager, the Boulder County Housing Authority (“BCHA” the "Authority") is inviting qualified General Contractors (the "Proposers") to submit proposals for construction of Aspinwall at Josephine Commons based on schematic design-level drawings and basis of design documents as attached. The BCHA will review and select three proposers to be invited for an interview in which each company will be given an opportunity to describe the details of their submittal. 



Project Cost: The hard construction cost for Aspinwall is estimated by the BCHA to be $9,000,000 -$11,000,000, excluding site work.
