Summary of Specifications:
Boulder County Transportation Department requests bids from qualified manufacturers for reinforced concrete box culvert production and delivery. Boulder County will evaluate the bids based on price and on the ability to deliver the boxes to the site by March 1, 2014.

Plans and specifications and a sample contract with a FEMA specific addendum are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached addendum as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all FEMA requirements set forth in that addendum.
