Summary of Specifications:
Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is seeking qualifications from vendors to provide the following services: General Contracting, Handy-work, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC Mechanical, Roofing, Flooring, Glazing & Window Installation, Septic, Painting, Cleaning, Pest Control and other trades for the Housing Rehabilitation Program, Weatherization Program, and Housing Maintenance.

The purpose of this solicitation is to prepare a pre-qualified list of firms to work on a project-by-project basis. All pre-qualified vendors may be required to enter into a Continuing Services Contract, not to exceed $250,000.00 for the 2013 contract year with a maximum of 2 additional one-year renewals. However, by entering into a Continuing Services Contract, there is no guarantee that any work will be directed to the bidder.
