Summary of Specifications:
Boulder County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for technical consulting to assist the County in completion of a master plan for integrating human service projects and programs for optimal service delivery. This plan will define associated facility solutions, focused on two campuses for service delivery, one in Boulder, Colorado, and another in Longmont, Colorado, for implementation of the master plan recommendations. Specifications and a sample contract are attached.

All inquiries regarding the RFP document and scope of work shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Office, located at 2025 14th Street or emailed to purchasing@bouldercounty.org by 4:00p.m., Thursday, April 14 2011. A response from the County to all inquires shall be sent via email no later than close of business on Tuesday, April 19, 2011.
