Summary of Specifications:
Boulder County Transportation is seeking a qualified construction contractor for the Ingram Gulch Debris Catch Structure. The previous Debris Catch Structure was completely washed out in the 2013 flood. The purpose of this project is to provide a new Debris Catch Structure that meets the channel geometry left by the flood. The new Debris Catch Structure consists of a concrete footing that is doweled into bedrock and an unpainted, Structural Steel Debris Catch frame.
Specifications and a sample contract with a FEMA specific addendum are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached addendum as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all FEMA requirements set forth in that addendum.
Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 3:00 p.m. on April 28, 2016. A response from the County to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than May 3, 2016.
