Description

Boulder County is seeking proposals from a qualified engineering firm for structural assessment and design services. The engineering firm shall evaluate a single family farm house built in 1910, located at 9511 Vermillion Road, in Longmont Colorado. The structure and property are owned by Boulder County and maintained by the Parks and Open Space Department (BCPOS). The house is approximately 1700 square feet of finished space on the main level. The house is currently vacant, but was used as a rental property in the past. Based on the structural assessment and estimated cost of repairs identified by the selected Consultant, the house may again be used as a rental property in the future.

Interested parties are to meet at the site location at 10:00 a.m. (see Attachment D). A representative from your company must be in attendance at the meeting. Proposals from companies not represented at the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will not be accepted.
