Summary of Specifications:
Notice is hereby given that Boulder County will accept sealed bids for the FIRE PROTECTION work for the Boulder County Justice Center located at 1777 6th Street, Boulder, CO 80302.

1. The Work consists of all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and incidental items as required for a complete job for the following items per project plans and specifications. Please refer to specification section 011100 for additional scope of work information.

Boulder County to act the General Contractor on this project and will hold the building permit associated, which includes the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes. Permit for the Fire Sprinkler plan is required for this BID.

ITEM #1: FIRE SPRINKLER SCOPE BID: The Work consists of all permits (including fees and taxes associated), labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and incidental items as required for a complete job for the Fire Protection scope per project plans and specifications.
