Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Parks and Open Space (POS) Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the design and development of a Land and Water Database system. A new application using ArcGIS Server is desired. For this proposal we are seeking vendors interested in, and capable of preparing a “blueprint”, for the development of the application. In addition, the awarded vendor must be able to demonstrate “proof of concept” though a small working model. Boulder County Parks and Open Space prefers to work with an Agile Practicioner.
