Summary of Specifications:
The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is seeking qualified vendors to provide the following services: lawn care and snow removal at BCHA rental properties throughout Boulder County. Lawn care includes mowing, aeration, fertilization and weed control. Snow removal includes parking lots, driveways and sidewalks. Properties are listed in Attachment A. Any responding Contractor does not have to respond to all properties listed and may bid on specific properties as desired.

The purpose of this solicitation is to award contracts to one or more contractors who can offer the required services as needed.

Specifications and a sample contract are attached.
